Rehabilitation

Our team of rehab professionals works together to assist residents in reaching their maximum potential.

Physical Therapy
We work with patients who are unable to walk or stand, get out of bed independently, or perform other gross motor skill activities, assisting with coordination, balance, strength and endurance.

Occupational Therapy
We assist patients in regaining the ability to self-feed, perform oral hygiene tasks, bath and dress. We also work on upper body strengthening, visual and perceptual coordination, fine and gross motor coordination training, and safety.

Speech Language Therapy
We assist with difficulties of speech, comprehension, communication, memory loss, chewing and swallowing, and hearing impairment.

Karnes City Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is committed to delivering an individualized rehabilitation program for each resident or patient.
